Medication Administration- Prescribed medications administrated according to your provided instructions.

What to bring for your dog’s stay!
Proof of Vaccinations - A current veterinary record showing Distemper/Parvovirus (DHPP or DAPP), Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations.
Medications & Instructions- All necessary medications in their original labeled containers, along with clear dosage and administration instructions.
Your Dog’s Food- Enough of their regular food for their entire stay, plus a little extra in case of delays. Written instructions regarding meal portions, feeding times, and dietary restrictions.
Emergency Contact Information- Your Current contact information, an alternate emergency contact, and your veterinarian’s information.
A Familiar Comfort Item or Person Belongings (optional)- Blankets, toys, etc.
